Karate and Kickboxing Training
Practical martial arts and kickboxing in Chandigarh. We train anywhere—dojo, park, or home—focusing on real technique, discipline, and building a strong core.
A powerful side kick requires perfect form, from the pivot of the foot to the extension of the leg. This is a fundamental technique we practice to build power, balance, and control.
The art of the kick is a focus in my training. This image captures the dynamic motion and sharp form of a high kick, showing the athleticism that martial arts develops.
Pad work is essential for developing power and accuracy. Here, my brother practices his kickboxing combinations with our coach during an outdoor session, improving his timing and striking force.
You can practice anywhere. In this video, I am using a kicking pad mounted on a tree in the park to work on my roundhouse kicks, focusing on technique and repetition.
Training can also be fun. Here, one of my students successfully completes the bottle cap challenge with a precise kick, showing the fine motor control and accuracy we develop.

Dressed in my karate gi, I am always ready to train. This is more than a uniform, it represents the discipline and dedication I bring to every single session.
About Karate & Kickboxing Skills
You don't need a heavy gym setup to master these kicks. Whether we are at the Gyandeep School dojo or meeting in a local Sector park, my sessions break down complex movements like roundhouse kicks and pad work into simple, repetitive drills. I don't just teach the form; we work on the power and accuracy needed for real-life self-defense.
Martial arts isn't about looking good in a uniform. It is about how you move and react when it counts. My training in Shotokan Karate and kickboxing focuses on three pillars: technique, conditioning, and mental toughness.
