About Training for All Ages
My classes aren't about just playing around. We use high-repetition bodyweight drills and military-style formations because I want my students to learn that real strength comes from consistency. You'll see them sweating and learning focus, but the real benefit is that they stop looking at screens and start moving their bodies the right way.
Built for Real Results
We don't believe in easy workouts. My classes, whether in school courtyards or local parks, are about building a foundation that lasts.
What We Focus On
- Discipline: We use military-style line formations and command responses. It isn't just about yelling, it is about teaching kids to follow instructions, stay alert, and respect the process.
- Physical Strength: We focus on calisthenics, bear crawls, and partner drills to build actual functional strength. If they can move their own body with control, they can handle almost any physical challenge.
- Mental Toughness: Reducing screen-time lethargy is a big goal. We want them to enjoy the sweat, the struggle, and the success of hitting a goal.

I train under Guru Satish Kumar and bring that same traditional dedication to every batch. We are not a gym where you just pay a fee and leave. I am always there on the ground, correcting postures with tactile cues and cheering every student on. Whether it is Shotokan Karate fundamentals or basic self-defence, we focus on the right form from day one.
