Fitness doesn't have to be tied to a gym membership or a specific studio. Whether we train at your home, a local park, or a fitness center, I design sessions that fit your life, not the other way around.

About Workouts Anywhere: Home, Gym, & Outdoors

You don't need a massive home setup to see real changes. I’ve trained clients in living rooms, parks, and partner gyms, using whatever space we have. My hybrid approach mixes yoga, bodyweight strength, and conditioning, so you get a complete workout without needing to drive across Mumbai.

Training That Moves With You

Fitness often feels like a chore because of the commute or the rigid structure. My goal is to make it sustainable. By bringing the session to you—or meeting you where you feel most comfortable—we remove the friction.

How the Hybrid Model Works:

  • At Home: We use your body weight, resistance bands, and a few portable props like yoga blocks or wheels. If you have a home gym, we make it the heart of our session.
  • At the Gym: I partner with facilities like Nitrro in Breach Candy and Zenergy in Bandra. We focus on heavy lifts, form correction, and safety spotting using the equipment available.
  • Outdoors: For mobility and movement drills, nature is the best studio. It’s perfect for animal flow, agility, and breathing exercises.

Why This Approach Lasts

I’ve learned the hard way that pushing for the sake of 'fitness' leads to burnout or injury. My injury history keeps me grounded. Every workout I design balances intensity with mobility work. Whether we are doing cross-fit style drills or Hatha flows, your form comes first.

We don't just chase numbers. We work on your flexibility, manage pain points, and build strength that feels good in your daily life.
