I carry a full kit—focus mitts, agility cones, and resistance bands—right to your doorstep. Whether it is a living room, a rooftop, or a quiet corner in a nearby park, we make it work. You do not need a fancy gym to build real power; you just need to start.
My philosophy is simple, struggle se hi progress hota hai. Many people think they need a professional studio to learn combat sports, but my most dedicated students often train in their own space. When I travel to your location across Faridabad, Delhi, Noida, or Gurgaon, we adapt the workout to the space you have available.
How We Train at Your Place
- Functional Combat: I use high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with portable equipment. We focus on combinations using Thai pads and mitts to build speed and accuracy.
- Strength & Agility: We use partner body weight, calisthenics, and agility drills that require minimal space but deliver maximum output.
- Space Adaptation: I am an expert at using what is around us. A park bench becomes a platform for step-ups, and a terrace wall is perfect for support during drills.
