Outdoor and Unconventional Boxing Training in Tri-City
Ditch the gym walls. Whether it is the trails at Sukhna Lake or your own backyard, I bring the fight to you.
An early morning boxing session by Sukhna Lake. Training outdoors connects you with your environment and builds a different kind of mental fortitude.
Old school strength training with a tire and sledgehammer. This is a powerful, full body workout that builds raw, functional strength and incredible conditioning.
Pad work drills on the running path at Sukhna Lake. We use public spaces to train, proving that you don't need a fancy gym to get in a great workout.
A shirtless boxing drill in a park. Training in the elements builds resilience and a strong connection between mind and body.
A personal boxing session in a client's garden. I can bring the training to your home, creating an effective workout plan with minimal equipment.
Light sparring in a park setting. This helps develop adaptability, as the terrain is uneven and the environment is unpredictable.
Footwork and movement drills in an open, grassy area. This allows for more space to practice long range movements and controlling distance.
About this collection
Training outdoors is not about skipping the gym; it is about building adaptability. When we train on the uneven grass at a park or the tracks near the lake, your balance and footwork improve because you are fighting the terrain, not just punching the air.
Gyms are great for isolation, but if you want to be a fighter, you need to be ready for anything. My outdoor sessions in Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula strip away the distractions. We use the natural environment to build functional, real-world strength.
I bring my mobile kit—pads, resistance tubes, medicine balls, and agility cones—straight to your doorstep or favorite local park like Sukhna Lake. This is not a relaxed walk in the park; it is high-intensity work using the elements. We do step-ups on park benches, tire flips, and run management drills.
For those who prefer a more contained environment, I also conduct sessions at private gardens or rooftops. The goal remains the same: build discipline and mind-muscle connection. You do not need a fancy membership to get in shape; you need the right drills and the refusal to quit.
Whether you are looking to lose fat, build strength, or just escape the monotony of a treadmill, these sessions are designed for those ready to push hard. If you are serious, let's talk.
Rawat Vijay
I am Vijay. I do not believe in fancy machines; I believe in iron discipline. If you are tired of the same treadmill routine, train with me outdoors—we will use the open air to build the stamina and mental toughness of a true fighter.
