Advanced Flexibility & Mobility Training
Don't just stretch—train for real range. We teach mobility drills that build strength and balance, whether you're a beginner or pushing for that full split.
This is what advanced flexibility looks like. Holding a full split between two park benches demonstrates not just mobility but also balance and control, key elements we develop in my program.
Mastering the full split on the ground is a major milestone for many of my students. It shows a deep level of hip and leg flexibility that we achieve through consistent stretching exercises.
Flexibility is for everyone, at any age. My younger brother demonstrates an impressive standing split, a testament to the results that young athletes can achieve with proper guidance and practice.
About Advanced Flexibility
We don't use shortcut machines here. We work with manual PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) assisted stretching and partner drills right in our dojos or your local park. It is about teaching your muscles to relax into the stretch, not just forcing them. You might start with basic static stretches, but we move to active, loaded flexibility that actually helps you kick higher and move without pain.
Real flexibility isn't about how long you sit in a stretch. It is about mobility, control, and functional strength. Whether you are aiming for your first full split or just want to move better during daily life, we focus on the mechanics of your body. Our training in Chandigarh, specifically at our Sector 20 and Sector 43 locations, prioritizes safety and steady progress. We do not believe in quick fixes. Instead, we use:
- PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation): This is our primary tool for advanced gains. By using contract-relax methods, we help you push past your current limits safely.
- Partner Drills: Flexibility is a team sport. Working with a partner helps you achieve positions that are impossible to reach alone.
- Functional Movement: We integrate splits and hip openers into actual martial arts stances. If you cannot move through a full range of motion, you cannot deliver power in a kick.
We cater to all levels. For beginners, we start with foundation stretching to correct posture and reduce stiffness. For advanced students, especially those training for karate grading or competitions, we focus on high-level mobility that minimizes injury risk. If you are struggling with tight hamstrings or want to improve your kick range, do not just push harder. Train smarter. Join our family for a session, and we will show you how to build a body that is as mobile as it is strong.
