Train Anywhere: Home & Outdoor Fitness Workouts
You don't need a fancy gym to build a real physique. I'll show you how to use a park bench, a floor, or basic household items to get results. Baat to sirf nazariye ki hai—it’s just a matter of perspective.
It's all about perspective. This video shows advanced one-arm and split push-ups in a park, proving that you can build serious strength with creative bodyweight exercises.
A full outdoor workout routine. This session includes pull-ups for back strength, handstands for shoulder stability, and core exercises, all done in an open park during lockdown.
You can get a great sweat and muscle pump from home workouts too. This picture was taken right after an intense session at home, showing the kind of results you can expect.
When there's no gym, I run. This video captures a run through the hills, a fantastic way to build cardiovascular endurance and mental toughness.
This video breaks down how to achieve your first pull-up and showcases an intense back workout in the park. We focus on progressions so you can master even the toughest exercises.
Simple but effective. This clip demonstrates proper push-up form in an outdoor setting, a foundational exercise in my virtual HIIT programs for building upper body strength.
Training legs outdoors with dumbbell lunges. This is a great functional exercise for building lower body strength and stability that can be done anywhere.
An advanced upper abs exercise using the monkey bars. I am always finding new ways to challenge the body and keep workouts interesting, even with minimal equipment.

Using monkey bars for a dynamic back and grip strength workout. This kind of functional training builds real-world strength and is a core part of my calisthenics routines.
About Train Anywhere: Home & Outdoor Workouts
My routines don't rely on heavy machines. We use what's around you—a park railing for pull-ups, water bottles for weight, or just your own body. It is about movement, discipline, and getting the technique right so you can train hard regardless of where you are.
Fitness is a lifestyle, not a place you visit. People think you need expensive equipment to get ripped, but my transformation from 80kg to 65kg started with the basics. My 'Train Anywhere' approach is designed for real people with real lives. If you have 45 minutes and a small space, we can build a serious program.
We focus on HIIT, bodyweight conditioning, and functional strength. Whether you are in a local park or your living room, we use what is available. Monkey bars become your back station, and a simple dumbbell or even a heavy water bottle provides the resistance for your legs.
Consistency beats equipment every single time. My programs cover everything from posture correction to intensity scaling. You get the same, if not more, sweat-inducing HIIT sessions as you would in a gym. It is about finding that mental edge. If I can train in the hills or a local park, you can train anywhere. Let us stop making excuses and start working.
