Fitness does not stop at the gym door. Whether you have a home gym, a terrace, or just a small living room, we can build a program that works for you. I focus on adapting your space to fit high-intensity interval training (HIIT), functional drills, and restorative yoga sessions.
My Approach to Remote & At-Home Fitness
I prioritize functional strength and corrective exercise. If you are dealing with WFH issues like tech neck or lower back tightness, I integrate mobility drills and yoga to help you realign your posture. We do not just sweat; we work on biomechanics. Every lunge, squat, or rotational movement is analyzed to ensure you are hitting the right muscles without risking injury.
Equipment & Logistics
For in-person home concierge training, I carry the necessary gear, such as bands, cones, and pads, to turn your home into a performance center. If we train online, I provide a structured PDF or app-based routine, updated every four weeks, complete with video libraries so you know exactly how to execute a deadlift or overhead press correctly.
