This is the result of true core conditioning. My guru, Satish Kumar, demonstrates the incredible abdominal strength my students build through dedicated training. This is the level of functional power we aim for.
A clean, powerful side kick is about more than just leg strength. It requires balance, flexibility, and precise technique, all of which are central to my karate training sessions.
Flexibility is not a gift, it is earned. Here I am demonstrating an advanced split between two park benches, showing the kind of mobility we can build with consistent practice and dedication.
I believe in building a strong foundation from a young age. This outdoor park session with my younger brother includes stair runs, monkey bars, and supervised push-ups to develop functional strength and discipline.
It is an honor to be trusted by schools to teach martial arts. Here, I am leading a group of young students through coordinated karate drills, building their focus, fitness, and teamwork.
We use creative, effective methods to build strength. This partner-assisted wheelbarrow push-up is a great example of the functional, bodyweight exercises we do in our outdoor training sessions.
This is my core belief. The hard work and pain you push through in our sessions today directly becomes the strength and confidence you will feel tomorrow. There are no shortcuts to real progress.

Where We Train
We are based at Gyandeep School (Sector 20) and Shishu Niketan Public School (Sector 43). If you need us to come to you, we travel within a 12km radius of our Chandigarh locations. Whether it is a home session or a group batch in a public park, our intensity remains the same.
