About Karate Training
Why I Live for Karate
Martial arts is not just something I do, it's who I am. Every day, I train because I know today’s pain gives tomorrow’s strength. My focus and discipline are the same in every session I lead.
What You’ll Learn
I teach Shotokan Karate classes for all ages – bachche, teenagers, adults, koi farak nahi padta (doesn't matter). Beginner ho ya already karate kiya ho, sab ke liye jagah hai (whether you’re a beginner or experienced, there’s space for you). Separate groups by age, so you always feel comfortable.
- Basics (Kihon): Daily drills of punches, kicks, blocks. Sometimes I explain in Hindi, so everyone gets it.
- Forms (Kata): Traditional moves like ‘Heian Godan’ to build focus and memory.
- Sparring (Kumite): Realistic practice with proper gear – safety pe full dhyaan (full attention to safety).
- Strength & Flexibility: Be ready for push-ups, ab workouts, stretching – stamina bhi zaroori hai (stamina is important).
- Weapons (Kobudo): For advanced students, we add Bo staff basics.
Your Path from White Belt to Competition
- Karate belt grading system: Clear steps, with certificates at every level.
- Karate competition coaching: If you want to compete, I’ll prep you. Our team goes to nationals – and we win.
- Karate self-defence techniques: You’ll learn how to stay safe outside the dojo too.
Dojo Feels Like Family
Humare yahan environment safe hai, supportive hai (Our place is safe and supportive). Indoor dojo in Chandigarh, sometimes we train outside for mazaa (fun). Ek bhai hamesha saath hai – we train, push, and support each other like family.

My Story
Hey, we’re Universal Martial Arts. Training is just what we do, every day, everywhere. Our family’s always together – park, dojo, even at home, learning from our guru Satish Kumar. Medals, tournaments, Diwali, new cars, all of it, we celebrate as a team. My little brother’s a black belt too, proud moment. For us, martial arts isn’t a job, it’s family, it’s life.
