Yoga for Strength, Healing, and Mobility

Whether you are looking to build functional strength through Primal Flow, find relief with mobility work, or just need a calm space for sound healing, I have a mat waiting for you.

This is my Flex Flow class. I designed this program to be a gentle way to build mobility and flexibility, which is so important for preventing injuries and helping your body recover. It’s not an intense workout, just a smooth, mindful flow of movements that helps you feel better in your everyday life.

A little glimpse into our International Yoga Day celebration. We had a beautiful outdoor yoga session, followed by some delicious and healthy treats. It’s moments like these, sharing good energy with wonderful people, that show what community is all about.

Soaking up the sun with some Primal Flow. This practice is all about connecting with your body through animal-inspired movements. It’s a fun, challenging way to build functional strength, improve mobility, and just play.

I offer specialized Prenatal Yoga workshops for expecting moms. These sessions are designed to strengthen your body for the demands of pregnancy and childbirth in a safe, supportive environment. We focus on flexibility, mindful relaxation, and boosting your mood.

A moment of calm with my singing bowl and a furry friend. Sound healing is a big part of my practice, using vibrations to help relax the mind and body. It’s a beautiful way to end a session and find a bit of stillness.

Exploring connection and trust through Partner Yoga. In these sessions, you work together to hold poses, share movements, and sync your breath. It’s a great way to build a stronger relationship with a friend or partner while supporting each other's practice.

Even with a ligament tear, movement is possible. I focused on the basics, moving slowly with a lot of awareness and intention. This experience was a powerful reminder that yoga is about listening to your body and adapting the practice to what you need, not forcing it.

About this collection

I am not about picture-perfect poses. My sessions are about functional movement, which means we focus on how your body actually feels rather than how it looks on social media. Whether you are navigating an injury, prepping for pregnancy, or just need to get out of your head, I build safe, modified flows specifically for where you are starting today.

My Approach to Movement

I believe yoga should be for every body. That is why I have created a mix of formats that serve different needs, from the physical challenge of Primal Flow to the deep, passive recovery of sound baths. I do not believe in forcing your body into shapes that do not serve it. Instead, we use tools like mobility dowels, cork blocks, and breathwork to ensure you are moving in a way that is sustainable and safe.

Where We Practice

I host group sessions and specialized workshops in two main hubs across Bangalore:

  • The BlackBx Studio (Kasturba Road): My go-to for Flex Flow and prenatal workshops. It is a controlled, focused environment ideal for learning specific mobility protocols.
  • Golden Bead (Ashok Nagar): This is where we hold our group yoga and functional mobility classes. It is a community-focused space where the vibe is always supportive.

What to Expect

  • Flex Flow & Mobility: If you are dealing with a lingering injury or just want to feel less stiff, this is for you. We use dowels and gentle flows to open up joints.
  • Primal Flow: This is where we get to play. We use animal-inspired locomotion to build functional strength and coordination.
  • Prenatal Support: I am a certified prenatal instructor. We focus on hip opening, pelvic floor health, and labor preparation using Lamaze-style breathwork.
  • Sound Healing: Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is lie still. I use Tibetan singing bowls to help shift your nervous system from 'fight or flight' into deep relaxation.
