This video shows a typical therapeutic practice, focusing on alignment, stretching, and strengthening. You can see students in the studio and online moving with awareness, which is the core of my teaching.

Finding your physical balance helps you find mental balance too. Here, my students practice various balancing postures that improve focus, stability, and core strength in a supportive group setting.

You don't need to be flexible to start yoga. We begin with simple stretches that build strength and stamina over time, like the triangle and warrior poses shown here, which are great for overall fitness.

This is a beautiful sequence of movements from one of my dedicated students. Her practice shows a flow between different asanas, including a lunge, a headstand variation, and a downward dog split, demonstrating improved strength and grace.
