Every session at our Yeshwanthpur studio is adapted to your body, not the other way around. We utilize props like chairs, wooden blocks, and cotton straps to ensure every movement is safe, accessible, and perfectly aligned with your physical capabilities, whether you join from our studio or via Zoom.
True yoga therapy is about healing, not just exercise. My sessions are designed to move you away from the 'no pain, no gain' mindset and toward sustainable wellness. When you join a therapeutic class, we focus on the breath and the nervous system as much as the muscles.
