About Online Sessions & Offerings

Most of my online sessions operate on a 'pay as you like' model because I believe accessibility is central to the practice. Whether you are joining a themed 'Busy Backsons' workshop or a daily Suryanamaskar boost, you won't find rigid or complex pricing here. I want you to focus on your fascia, your breath, and the slow movement, not the transaction, so we keep the registration process simple and open to everyone, regardless of your financial situation.

My online teaching is built on the reality that we are all different. In my Zoom sessions, we don't chase gym-style fitness or perfect alignment. Instead, we use the principle of variable anatomy. I offer verbal cues adapted for your specific skeletal structure, meaning if you are stiff, older, or new to movement, you are not just welcome—you are the reason I teach this way.

What to Expect

  • Interactive Zoom Classes: These are not pre-recorded videos. I am there live, providing real-time corrections and answering your questions post-class. We work on proprioception and body connection, even through a screen.
  • Themed Workshops: We dive into specific topics like 'Busy Backsons' to help you decompress, or meditation-heavy sessions that blend Taoist philosophy with long, floor-based holds.
  • Daily Consistency: For those looking to build a routine, I host a 25-minute Suryanamaskar Daily Boost. We roll out of bed and practice together to start the day with intention.

Why Practice Online?

Practicing from your own space removes the pressure of performing. You can use cushions, blankets, or books from around your house as props if you don't have a full studio setup. My role is to help you adapt the shape to fit your body, not force your body into a shape. We keep the music gentle, the atmosphere cozy, and the focus entirely on how the practice feels, not how it looks.
