My vision has always been to create a space that feels like a community. This is a glimpse into a typical group class, where every machine is in use and the energy is focused and supportive.

As a physio-trained instructor, my focus is on your form and safety. Here you can see me providing a hands-on correction to ensure the client engages the right muscles during a Reformer exercise.

About this collection

Since most of our instructors are trained physiotherapists, you get hands-on corrections on your form, not just verbal cues. We watch how you move on the Reformer and tweak your alignment in real-time, ensuring you are actually engaging the right muscles rather than just going through the motions.

At Pilates Hub, we treat movement as a skill. The photos here showcase our studio's core offerings: the Reformer for lean strength, the Cadillac for deep stretching and spinal decompression, and the Wunda Chair for balance. Because we maintain small batch sizes, your instructor can dedicate time to your specific needs, whether you are managing an old injury or working on athletic conditioning.

We rotate through exercises and equipment so that you rarely repeat the exact same class twice. This variety prevents plateaus and keeps you engaged. Our studios in HSR Layout and Begur are designed to be community spaces, not just places to sweat.
