These aren't generic classes where you just follow the crowd. Whether you're here for deep-tissue Yin release or to learn traditional Shatkriyas like Jala Neti, I work personally with you to ensure you’re moving safely. We cap our workshops at 15 people so that when you’re holding a stretch or practicing Tratak, you’re getting the guidance you actually need, not just noise.

The practice of Tratak

Traditional Shatkriyas
We don’t just stick to the mat. We teach ancient cleansing techniques like Jala Neti (nasal cleansing) to help you detox physically. It’s part of our belief that yoga is a full-body system—when the body feels clear, the mind follows.
