These sessions are designed to safely increase your flexibility, focusing on lengthening the hamstrings and opening the hips. We use a variety of props and hands-on assists to help you release tension in the lower back and work progressively towards goals like Paschimottanasana (seated forward fold) and Hanumanasana (splits).

Heart Openers: Backbend Workshops

Our backbend workshops focus on safely opening the heart and strengthening the entire back body. We teach you how to create space in your spine and build the necessary shoulder and leg strength, using props like chairs, wheels, and ropes to support you as you progress towards deeper poses like Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose).

Finding Your Balance: Inversions & Arm Balances

Ready to see the world from a new perspective? This is where we break down inversions and arm balances into manageable steps. We focus on building the necessary core and upper body strength, teaching you to trust yourself and use props to safely master poses like headstands, forearm stands, and creative partner balances.

Our workshops also offer a space to slow down, turn inward, and reset your nervous system. This includes gentle Yin Yoga sessions for deep tissue release, guided Tratak meditation for improved concentration, and traditional Shatkriya cleansing techniques for detoxification and mental clarity.
