About The Power of Breath: Pranayama & Meditation
Most of us hit the gym for our body but ignore the state of our mind and emotions. In these sessions, we use specific techniques like Nadi Shodhana and Bhramari to lower cortisol and quiet the internal chatter. Whether you are dealing with daily burnout or simply seeking a deeper sense of inner calm, I guide you through breathwork that creates an immediate, noticeable shift in how you feel, even in a single session.
Beyond Physical Exercise
We will do 500 things for our body, but we rarely detoxify our energies and mind. Pranayama is a beautiful word: 'praan' (life force) finding a new 'aayam' (dimension). My goal is to teach you how to use your breath to manage your emotional landscape.
