Our detox sessions use supervised saline water techniques that are specifically designed to cleanse your digestive system. I personally oversee every step to ensure your comfort and safety, providing you with a clear post-cleanse diet plan to help you feel refreshed and balanced immediately.
Finding stillness in a busy life is difficult, but it is necessary for your overall well-being. My meditation and detox workshops are not about fancy studio gimmicks, but about returning to traditional practices that actually work.
Mindful Meditation
We use specific techniques to help you focus and calm the nervous system:
- Trataka (Candle Gazing): This is a powerful practice for concentration. By fixing your gaze on a flame, you reduce mental chatter and improve your ability to focus, which is essential for managing daily stress.
- Nada Yoga & AUM Chanting: Using the power of sound, we create a resonant space. The vibrations help shift your mood and bring you into a state of deep relaxation. Whether we are doing this with live music or group chanting, the goal is always the same: to help you connect with your inner self.
Detox and Kriya
Physical lightness often leads to mental clarity. In my detox workshops, we use gentle internal cleansing protocols based on Panchakarma principles.
I treat these sessions as a partnership. Because we use saline water techniques, I keep group sizes small at our Yeshwanthpur studio to monitor every participant in real-time. If you are joining online, I provide the same guidance so you can perform the cleanse correctly from your home. We cover everything from the preparation to the 24-hour dietary protocol you need to follow afterward. It is a simple, effective reset button for your body.
