These workshops are designed for when you've hit a plateau or want to master challenging poses. We combine intensive skill-building with prop-supported techniques to ensure you progress safely and effectively.

We focus on safe, hands-on adjustments to help you achieve a deeper expression of each pose. Here, I am guiding a student in a seated forward bend, using my body weight for gentle pressure and props like blocks and a strap to ensure proper alignment and prevent injury.

Advanced poses like this deep backbend become accessible with the right tools and guidance. We use wall ropes and a yoga wheel to support the spine, allowing you to open your heart and build flexibility with confidence.

Our headstand workshops are designed to build core strength and teach proper alignment from the ground up. I provide direct support to ensure you feel secure as you learn to invert, turning fear into a feeling of accomplishment.

Props are not a crutch; they are tools for exploration. In this variation of a forearm stand, a chair provides stability, allowing the student to focus on building shoulder strength and finding balance in a challenging inversion.

Working towards the middle splits requires patience and consistent effort. In our deep stretch sessions, we use props like wall ropes, blocks, and wheels to help you safely work on hip-opening postures and gradually increase your range of motion.

Our workshops are not just about physical postures. We incorporate practices like Tratak, or candle gazing meditation, to help you quiet the mind, improve focus, and connect with a deeper sense of inner peace.
