Props are not crutches, they are tools to open your body safely. Whether you need to fix your alignment or deepen a stretch, we use them to help you progress without shortcuts.

Consistency is the bridge between effort and transformation. This video shows a typical class using chairs and wheels to add variety and challenge to familiar poses like side angle and downward dog.

From Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) with blocks to inversions on the rope wall, this clip gives a quick tour of how we integrate different props into a single, flowing class.

Wheel yoga is a fun and effective way to open the spine and challenge your balance. See our students roll, stretch, and flow in this dynamic wheel-focused session.

This montage highlights the versatility of the yoga wheel, used here for everything from warrior poses and forward bends to core-strengthening exercises.

Using a simple wooden stick or dowel can dramatically improve alignment and body awareness. This video shows how we use them to refine poses like warrior and triangle.

Growth is what you feel, not just what you see. This powerful video shows students using the wall ropes to move through intense stretches and inversions, demonstrating their trust and determination.

A peek into our Intermediate Batch, where we use props to tackle more advanced asanas. Notice the synchronized backbends using chairs, building collective strength and focus.

About Yoga with Props: Our Signature Method

In our workshops, we use the Kurunta rope wall system to provide traction that floor-based practice simply cannot offer. This setup allows you to hang, stretch, and invert with full spinal support, meaning you can experience the benefits of advanced backbends or inversions even if you are still building the requisite strength.
