The best part of my work is seeing the joy on people's faces. Here are some moments from a cooking class where we learned that healthy, oil-free, and dairy-free food can be incredibly delicious. The amazing sound therapy session afterwards was a bonus.
I love any opportunity to serve a vegan, compassionate meal. I was thrilled to open my home for FICCI FLO members, curating a nostalgic menu with my dad. It was more than a meal; it was a mindful experience with sound healing and silent eating.
Sharing my journey at the Happiest Health Summit was so rewarding. I spoke about how mindful choices, starting with a single thought, can shape our entire nature. It was wonderful to connect with nutritionists and students on mindful well-being.
About Community Workshops & Events
When you join our community sessions, you don't just pick up a recipe; you change your relationship with food. We often pair our hands-on cooking classes with a sound healing session, so you leave not just with a new skill, but feeling lighter and calmer than when you walked in.
My workshops are designed to be more than just a class; they are gatherings meant to foster a community of like-minded individuals. Whether we are hosting a 'Back to the Basics' cooking session or a mindful lunch, the focus is always on what happens when we slow down.
In our cooking workshops, we tackle the myths surrounding healthy food. You will learn to make everything from Malai Kofta and cheese to Indian breads and dals without using a drop of oil, dairy, or refined sugar. These sessions are highly interactive, and participants often tell me they are surprised by how tasty and satisfying these plant-based dishes can be.
Because I believe that how we eat impacts our mind, we frequently end these sessions with a sound healing experience. We use rare instruments, including large Gongs and Tibetan Singing Bowls, to help participants release stress and find stillness.
Most of our events happen at my studio in Sadashivanagar, Bengaluru. It is a temperature-controlled, sound-proofed space designed to keep distractions away. We keep group sizes intimate to ensure everyone gets enough attention, whether you are a beginner looking to reverse lifestyle issues or someone simply wanting to eat better. It is about learning practical skills you can actually take home and use every day.
