Wellness isn't just about what's on your plate, it is about how you feed your soul. Discover the mindful practices and core principles that guide my journey.

This year, I am choosing to watch, feel, and just be. My journey of self-love has been full of lessons in falling apart and piecing myself back together. I embrace this work in progress, one imperfect step at a time.

Life often pulls us back to old habits, but awareness lights the way forward. My journey with food taught me that every twist and turn is a step forward, as long as I consciously choose the path that aligns with my soul.

Every small action is a step toward the life I am building. Whether it's moving my body, detoxing my thoughts, or resetting with a good book, these consistent efforts are what shape the life we dream of.

Forgiveness is liberating. For 40 years, I have practiced the Jain ritual of fasting, which taught me the power of letting go. In this short journey of life, let us carry only love, compassion, and peace forward.

Letting go is the doorway to healing and true liberation. This means letting go of people, habits, and foods that no longer serve you. Don't wait for a crisis to make a change; free your soul today.

This is what it looks like when you start taking care of yourself. It's finding peace in sound healing, calm in reading, joy in your own company, and support in group activities. You deserve the love you so freely give to others.

Whenever I feel lost or low, I turn to Louise Hay's affirmation cards. Today's message reminds me that the people in my life are mirrors, offering me an opportunity to grow and change. It's always about me, not them.

*Kshama Bhaav* is a beautiful practice of asking for and giving forgiveness. On the Jain festival of Samvatsari, we fast to bring ourselves to a state of deep humility and surrender, asking for forgiveness from all beings.

I truly believe my smile is my biggest asset. The simple act of smiling releases neuropeptides that fight stress and neurotransmitters that act as natural antidepressants. It's a powerful tool for happiness that I try to share every day.

Behind every healthy body is a story that begins with mindful choices. The journey to wellness requires dedication, but every step you take is a victory.

About My Wellness Philosophy

When you change your food, you change your mind. Jaisa khao ann, vaisa pao mann (As you eat, so becomes your mind). My philosophy is about moving away from the hustle culture that keeps us stressed and disconnected. I do not believe in strict diets or magic pills, but in looking at your history, understanding your current habits, and gently guiding you back to nature. It is not about deprivation, it is about alignment.
