Why I Speak: My Journey
My story started with a simple question - why do we treat our bodies worse than our cars? Battling high cholesterol and skin problems, I switched to plant-based foods and saw real change. My husband’s asthma improved, my nani found her strength again. I’m not about dieting - I’m about food that gives you real energy, not just calories.
What I Share
I speak at all kinds of places - corporate setups, college festivals, wellness summits. My talks are less lecture, more life story. I cover:
- Going from a homemaker to starting India's first whole-food plant-based restaurant at 50
- How “food as medicine” reversed health issues for me and my family
- Busting myths that healthy food is boring or too expensive
- How mindfulness (like Vipassana meditation) and self-reflection shaped my journey
- Why age is just a number, especially for women wanting to follow their dreams

For me, this is not just a job. People ask about “cheat days”, but when you love your body, you don’t want to cheat. Honestly, it feels like हम ऊपर वाले का काम कर रहे हैं (we’re doing God’s work). जैसा खाओ अन्न, वैसा पाओ मन (as you eat, so becomes your mind).
