About Health & Lifestyle Coaching
I learned the hard way that what we eat can change everything. I used to struggle with high cholesterol and skin issues, and my husband’s asthma just wouldn’t let up. When we switched to a whole food plant-based lifestyle, everything turned around for us. No more meds, no more issues. I realized food isn’t punishment - it’s prana (life force) and medicine, if you know what to eat.
What I Offer
- It’s not just salads and soups. My focus is on plant-based nutrition guidance with Indian and global twists, so you won’t get bored.
- We cut out meat, dairy, oil, sugar, and processed stuff. Instead, it’s fruits, veggies, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds - all the good things.
- I look at health as a mix: food (half the game), exercise, mindset, water, sunlight. No one piece works alone.
How I Coach
- We unlearn the myths and relearn how to eat. Think gluten-free pizza, grain-free lasagna, vegan cheesecakes - tasty, not boring.
- There’s more than just food. We work with mindful eating habits coaching, sound healing, and meditation for a calm mind.

My Story
Mumbai roots, Marwari family, eldest of four sisters - hospitality is just in us. Dad was always fussing about how we served chai, not our grades! Life took me from homemaker to psychology student, then restaurant owner at 44. Health issues? Oh, plenty - rosacea, migraines, cholesterol flying high.
