My food approach is simple - I don’t believe in “cheat days” because I love my body too much to do that kind of nainsaafi (injustice). Food, for me, is nature’s medicine. After seeing my own health and my husband’s asthma improve, I made it my purpose to offer food that heals and comforts.

My Story
Mumbai roots, Marwari family, eldest of four sisters - hospitality is just in us. Dad was always fussing about how we served chai, not our grades! Life took me from homemaker to psychology student, then restaurant owner at 44. Health issues? Oh, plenty - rosacea, migraines, cholesterol flying high. Ditching dairy and refined stuff changed my life. Now, I’m a grandma, still doing things my way. Justbe is me choosing happiness, every single day.
