This is what partner fitness is all about. Here, we're using battle ropes while seated on stability balls, a challenging move that builds core strength, endurance, and coordination. Training with a partner makes tough exercises like this more motivating and fun.
I love celebrating my clients' wins. Here's one of my dedicated clients absolutely smashing her personal record with a 48 kg deadlift. This is proof that with consistent training and proper guidance, you can achieve strength you never thought possible.
This is the energy of my group classes. You can see the hard work during the burpees and the shared laughter and relief right after. We push hard together and support each other through every single rep.
My functional training sessions are all about variety. This clip shows a client moving through four different stations: battle ropes for cardio, sledgehammer slams for power, rope climbs for upper body strength, and tire flips for full-body conditioning.

About this collection
I keep my group sessions small, usually between 4 to 10 people. This is not a crowded gym class where you get lost in the back. Whether you are performing kettlebell swings or deadlifts, I am there to fix your form the second it starts to slip. You get hands-on correction, not just a trainer shouting instructions from the corner.
I focus on functional strength, not just looking good on a scale. We mix things up to keep your heart rate up and boredom out: battle ropes, tire flips, traditional Karalakattai, and high-intensity circuit training.
'Mudhal kashtama than irukkum. Appuram palagidum.' It feels tough at first, but that is how you change your story.
I offer three ways to train:
- Group Classes: HIIT and circuit training for fat loss. You get the energy of the group and the shared motivation.
- Partner Training: 2-on-1 coaching where you and a friend or partner train together with customized plans.
- Online Training: For those who cannot make it to the park or gym. I provide the same form correction over video calls as I do in person.
I do not believe in generic diet plans. I monitor your food logs daily because what you eat matters as much as how you lift. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start working, I have a plan for you.
