Our head coach explains the philosophy of repetition. Achieving greatness in a skill like Olympic lifting can feel boring at times, but repeating the fundamentals is what leads to that unmatched high of a perfect lift. We believe in the process.

In our strength workshops, we dive deep into the biomechanics of lifting. Here, our master coach uses the simple act of jumping to explain how to generate force from the ground up, a key principle for both squats and Olympic lifts.

We partner with brands like Bliss club to create dedicated spaces for women to learn about weightlifting. In this workshop, we focused on busting myths and teaching the fundamentals of lifting with PVC pipes, making strength training accessible and empowering for everyone.

Even a simple dumbbell goblet squat gets our full attention. Our coaches provide constant feedback and hands-on correction to ensure every rep is performed correctly, maximizing results and minimizing the risk of injury.

About Expert Coaching & Workshops

We don’t believe in quick fixes. When you step into our workshops, expect to spend time mastering the basics with PVC pipes and empty bars before you ever touch heavy weights. We break down the Olympic Snatch and Clean & Jerk into micro-movements, ensuring your lockout, bar path, and hip drive are dialed in. If you aren't willing to drill the fundamentals until they feel repetitive, you probably won't like our method. But if you want to lift heavy without ending up in physiotherapy, this is the only way to do it.
