Stop guessing your form and start lifting with purpose. Get personal guidance on the snatch and clean & jerk at my gym in Noida.

Here is a clean progression from 50 kg to 140 kg. This lift is fundamental for developing the power to get heavy weight from the floor to your shoulders, a key skill for any strength athlete.

This video breaks down the two core Olympic lifts. The snatch and the clean and jerk are the ultimate test of explosive strength, power, flexibility, and technique, all of which we drill relentlessly.

A 200 kg triple deadlift. This is pure, foundational strength. The deadlift builds the posterior chain and raw power that underpins every other movement in the gym.

Correct racking position is crucial for safety and efficiency in lifts like the front squat and clean. Here, I am demonstrating the proper shoulder and elbow placement for a stable shelf.

Executing a power snatch. This variation of the snatch is excellent for developing speed and explosive hip drive, a critical component for improving overall athletic performance.

A clean and jerk in action. This complex movement combines a powerful clean with an explosive overhead jerk, building total-body coordination and strength.

Heavy pulls are essential for building a stronger deadlift and clean. This exercise overloads the top portion of the lift, improving grip strength and back development.

A heavy deadlift from the floor. This is where we build the raw strength that makes everything else feel lighter. Proper form is key to lifting big and staying injury-free.

The squat clean is a powerful variation that allows you to lift maximal weight. It requires strength, mobility, and the confidence to get under the bar, all of which we build in our program.

Comparing the power clean and the squat clean. The power clean is about speed and explosion, while the squat clean is about strength and stability. We use both to create well-rounded athletes.

About Olympic Weightlifting: The Power Foundation

You won't find machines that do the work for you here. Whether you are struggling to get under the bar for a clean or losing power in your snatch, we break these lifts down into precise, mechanical steps. My training is about teaching you how to move weight with intent, not just pushing through random reps. We focus on your specific weaknesses because true strength, whether for a competition or your personal best, is built on technique that doesn't break.
