We believe a woman's place is in charge, especially of her own strength. This is a look at the strong women of Namma on International Women's Day, doing what they do best: squatting, cleaning, and owning their power.
We create dedicated spaces for women to learn and thrive. In this weightlifting workshop held in collaboration with Bliss club, we focused on teaching the fundamentals and building a supportive community of female lifters.

About Women of Namma
You will not find 'toning' classes here because we focus on pure strength. Whether you are lifting your first empty bar or hitting a new personal record, our coaches prioritize progressive overload and proper biomechanics so you build actual muscle, not just sweat.
Women often walk into our gym thinking they need to avoid heavy weights to stay feminine or lean. We fix that mindset fast. At Namma, we teach that progressive overload is the only way to get strong. Our Olympic Weightlifting and Strength & Conditioning sessions are built for everyone, regardless of experience level. We break down the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and foundational compound lifts into manageable pieces, ensuring your technique is safe before we ever add significant weight.
The community aspect is what keeps you coming back. We run workshops, including collaborations with platforms like Bliss Club, specifically to demystify lifting for women. You will find yourself in a space where squatting, deadlifting, and overhead pressing are celebrated, not judged. Our coaches maintain a tight 1:12 ratio during classes, meaning you get eyes on your form every time you step up to the platform. Whether you are looking to manage PCOS symptoms, improve bone density, or just feel confident in your daily life, the training here is designed to make you capable. We do not track calories or emphasize weight loss goals; we track movement quality and strength gains. You start exactly where you are, and we teach you the rest.
