The Olympic Lifts: Snatch & Clean
This is the core of our Olympic Weightlifting program. We break down the two main lifts, the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk, into manageable parts, focusing on drilling technique until it becomes second nature. You will learn everything from power cleans and split jerks to complex sequences that build grit and explosive power.
Foundational Strength: Squats & Deadlifts
Big lifts are built on a solid foundation. We take squats and deadlifts seriously, dedicating time to perfect form and build raw strength in your legs, glutes, and back. Proper technique in these lifts is non-negotiable as it ensures safety and is the key to unlocking your true strength potential.
Expert Coaching & Workshops
We are not just a gym, we are a school for strength. Our coaches provide science-backed instruction, and we regularly host in-depth workshops to break down complex movements. We focus on teaching the 'why' behind every exercise, so you can move with purpose and intelligence.

We are committed to building a community where women feel strong, confident, and empowered. We actively bust myths about women and weightlifting, providing an inclusive environment where women of all fitness levels can train, lift heavy, and smash stereotypes together.

Special Programs
We run focused, goal-oriented programs throughout the year to help you achieve specific results. These programs, like our 'Cool for the Summer' challenge, offer structured training phases and nutritional guidance for goals like fat loss or muscle building (hypertrophy).
Additional Lifts & Drills
Our training goes beyond the main barbell lifts. We incorporate a wide variety of movements using dumbbells, bodyweight, and other equipment to build well-rounded strength, stability, and conditioning. This ensures you are a more resilient and capable athlete.
