Join My Yoga Classes: Online & In-Studio

Whether you prefer the convenience of home or the energy of a rooftop studio, my classes are designed to help you move, breathe, and find a little peace in your day.

Welcome to Mudra Studio. My name is Gowri, and I started my yoga journey to support my own mental health. In this video, I share a bit about my teaching style, a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa, and my mission to help you build strength, stamina, and peace of mind.

Feeling stiff from your desk? Looking for a consistent routine? This video gives you five signs it's time to start yoga. I offer both in-studio and online group batches, so you can join from anywhere.

Ever wonder about the benefits of practicing in a studio? In this video, I talk about the advantages, like hands-on corrections, a motivating group environment, and the power of a dedicated space to deepen your mind-body connection.

A glimpse into the Hatha Vinyasa classes at Mudra Studio. This video shows how we blend static holds with flowing movements to build strength, flexibility, and mental peace. You can see me providing hands-on assistance to help students deepen their practice safely.

Here are a few reasons to join a class at Mudra. You'll practice a unique blend of Hatha-Vinyasa, get motivation from a group environment, and even receive exclusive discounts on yoga products. This video shows our community in action.

A beautiful moment of shared stillness and meditation at Mudra Studio. I love seeing everyone show up for themselves and commit to their wellness journey. The energy in a group class is truly special.

This is my favorite view: watching my students break through their own barriers and discover what their bodies are capable of. It's moments like these, seeing their progress and determination, that make teaching so rewarding.

About this collection

I keep my group sizes small so I can actually see you. If you join me in my Malleshwaram studio, I will be there to offer hands-on posture corrections to help you get the most out of every stretch. If you are practicing with me online, I keep the sessions interactive, and you get 72-hour access to the recording so you can catch up whenever it fits your schedule.

Yoga isn't about being flexible or perfect. It is about showing up for yourself, especially on those days when you feel stiff from sitting at a desk or overwhelmed by stress. My teaching style is a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa. We start slow with static holds to build strength, and then we flow to get your blood moving and your mind quiet.

Why Practice at Mudra?

  • Small Batches, Personal Attention: Whether online or in-studio, I cap my batches to ensure I can give everyone individual feedback. You are not just a face in the crowd here.
  • Hands-on Adjustments: In my in-person studio sessions, I provide tactile corrections. This helps you understand the alignment of your body, improves your posture, and makes the practice safer.
  • Interactive Online Sessions: My online classes aren't just you following a video. They are live, interactive, and community-focused. If life gets busy, you have 72-hour access to the recording so you can fit your practice into your day.
  • The Rooftop Studio: My open-air space in Malleshwaram is naturally ventilated and filled with plants. It is a sanctuary designed to help you disconnect from the noise of the city and reconnect with your breath.

What to Expect

We focus on Hatha Vinyasa, which builds both stamina and mental peace. My sessions are designed for real bodies, including those tight hips and hamstrings that come from modern, sedentary lifestyles. You do not need to be an expert to start. If you are ready to build a consistent routine, let’s get you on the mat.

I started Mudra during the pandemic because I needed an escape, and now I want to provide that same sanctuary for you. I don't believe in perfect poses or rigid rules, just showing up on your mat and doing the work, messy days included.
