Why Hips and Hamstrings?
If you spend most of your day sitting, you’ve likely noticed the tightness in your lower back or the stiffness in your legs. It is not just physical—this is where we often hold onto stress. In my 90-minute workshops, we bypass the fancy flow and focus on the basics of movement. We use a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa to ensure you aren't just stretching, but actually breathing through the discomfort.
What to Expect
These sessions are designed to be a conversation with your body. We start with a gentle warm-up to prepare the joints and move into longer, held stretches that help release fascia. We don't rush. Whether you are joining my in-person group on the rooftop in Malleshwaram or tuning in via Google Meet, the environment is non-judgmental. My goal is for you to walk away feeling a little lighter and more at ease.
Logistics and Setup
- Online Workshops: These happen via Google Meet. You get a 90-minute live session plus a 72-hour recording access, so you can revisit the stretches whenever you need them.
- In-Person Rooftop Classes: If you are in Malleshwaram, you can join me at my rooftop studio. I keep these batches small (8-12 people) to ensure I can provide hands-on posture corrections. Mats, blocks, and straps are all provided at the venue, so you just need to show up.
