This is what building real strength looks like in our morning yoga class. We guide you through challenging postures like the plank to help you develop core stability and full-body endurance. It's tough, but we do it together.
It was an honor to lead a corporate yoga session for the team at MINDA Corporation. I bring wellness programs directly to your office, helping employees de-stress, improve focus, and find balance during the workday.
We go beyond just physical postures by focusing on pranayama, or breathwork. Here, my students are practicing Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), a powerful technique to calm the mind and reduce anxiety.
Yoga is for everyone, including kids. In our special summer camps and kids' classes, I make yoga fun and engaging, helping children build confidence, improve concentration, and develop healthy habits early on.
The energy in our group classes is amazing. Here we are moving through Virabhadrasana I (Warrior I pose), a foundational asana that builds strength in the legs and opens the chest. I provide guidance to ensure proper alignment for everyone.

Whether you choose our studio group sessions or 1-on-1 home coaching, the focus remains the same: steady progress. In our morning batches, we limit numbers to 8-15 people so I can actually walk around, fix your alignment, and make sure your breathing matches your movement.

Where We Practice
- Studio Sessions: We hold morning batches (Mon-Fri) at our Greater Noida studio. It’s an energetic, non-AC space with mirrors and a supportive community vibe.
- At Your Home: If getting out is tough, I travel to your residence in Noida or Greater Noida for private, 1-on-1 sessions. These are customized for your specific health goals, be it weight loss, flexibility, or managing back pain.
- Corporate & Kids: I also conduct office wellness programs to help teams de-stress, and run specialized programs for kids to help them build focus and confidence early on.
