A glimpse into our kitchen's favorite experiments, where classic Bombay nostalgia meets modern indulgence. This is where we blend, bake, and test the limits of our oven.
Our Signature Croissant Cake is where the magic happens. We bake a whole chocolate cake right inside a buttery croissant, then fill it with silky salted caramel and chocolate mousse, and top it with a torched marshmallow. It’s an entire dessert experience in one bite.
This is our take on a Bombay classic, the Chilli Cheese Toast. We use our fluffy brioche, load it with cheese and green chillies, and bake it until it's golden and gooey. That cheese pull is everything you've dreamed of.
Our Chocolate, Orange, and Marigold cake is a true celebration of Diwali. We carefully place each petal and craft the lattice design by hand, putting all our love into making a beautiful and delicious centerpiece for your festive table.
A slice of our Strawberry Balsamic Pie is a slice of holiday tradition. We use fresh Mahabaleshwar strawberries roasted with a touch of balsamic for a deep, rich flavour, all wrapped in a flaky, buttery pie crust that we make from scratch.
We love being part of your special moments with our custom celebration cakes. This one, with its delicate buttercream flowers, was made for a 23rd birthday. We focus on delicious flavours and natural decorations, never fondant.
Our savoury bakes are all about bold, comforting flavours. This Rasam Fried Chicken Sandwich is a perfect example, with crispy rawa fried chicken, tangy rasam mayo, and a spicy tomato tamarind chutney, all on our house-made brioche bun.
We love giving traditional sweets a Maska twist. Our Modak Bonbons for Ganpati have a rich, dark chocolate shell that gives way to a traditional coconut-jaggery filling, with a hint of coffee and the crunch of cashews.
This is our Maska family. We are a mostly all-women team, and we pour our hearts into every single bake. Seeing the joy our food brings to you is what makes it all worthwhile.

When we label a bake as 'Featured,' it means it has passed the ultimate test—our own kitchen table. We steer clear of fondant and heavy artificial decorations, choosing instead to let the quality of our 100% butter dough and fresh, seasonal ingredients do the talking. Whether it is our hybrid croissant cakes or savory babkas, these recipes are the ones that keep our Mahim neighbors coming back for more.
Every item in this collection represents our commitment to the 'Thoda Bombay, Thoda Maska' philosophy. We source locally—like our partnership with Santosh bhai for strawberries in Matunga—to ensure that every bite feels honest and rooted in the city.

Our kitchen is small, powered by an all-women team who put heart into every bake. Because we prioritize fresh produce, our menu changes with the seasons. We deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, but if you want the full experience, come say hi at our Mahim bakery. We are open Tuesday through Sunday, 11am to 8pm.
