Christmas is our favourite time of the year, and we've bottled that joy into our holiday menu. From traditional Stollen to playful croissant innovations, everything is handmade with a generous side of Maska.
Our Christmas table is laden with all the festive treats you could dream of. From our Gingerbread House Cake to our Strawberry Balsamic Pie and Croissant Bows, it's a true Maska Christmas feast.
Our Christmas Celebration Cake is a showstopper. This rich chocolate cake is decorated with beautiful buttercream swirls to resemble tree bark, and garnished with fresh cranberries and rosemary for a festive touch.

Our Stollen is a true labour of love. We start soaking our fruits months ahead, and each loaf features a centre of house-made almond marzipan. If you’re grabbing one for your festive table, toast it lightly on a pan with a little salted butter—it’s my favourite way to eat it, and honestly, it brings out the best of the rum-soaked fruit and spices.
Christmas at Maska isn't about perfectly polished fondant; it's about the kind of holiday treats that actually taste like home. We’ve spent the year perfecting recipes that blend the nostalgia of old-school Bombay bakeries with our own playful, butter-heavy imagination.
Take our Rum Baubles, for instance. They are a direct nod to those classic rum balls we all grew up eating in the city, but reimagined as a croissant sphere filled with liquid rum ball cake and dark chocolate mousse. It’s a bit messy, quite indulgent, and exactly what we think a festive treat should be.
For those looking for a centrepiece, our Croissant Bows are filled with a rich cheesecake mixture and strawberry compote, while our Gingerbread House Cake uses actual spice for a flavour that lingers. We use 100% butter in our doughs—no margarine or vegetable fat ever enters our kitchen in Mahim.
Because we bake in smaller batches to keep quality high, our holiday menu runs on a limited schedule. Whether you need a platter of cookies for the office or a box of treats to leave out for Santa, it is always a good idea to check availability early. We are open for pickups in Mahim and delivery across Mumbai, Tue-Sun, 11-8. Everything you see here is made by our all-women team, so you can taste the extra bit of love in every bite.
