When I was building Maska, it was so important to me to create a happy, non-toxic kitchen. I'm so proud of the team we've built; they believe in Maska as much as I do, and for them, it's "our" bakery.
As Maska turns two, we want to celebrate the incredible team that makes it all happen. Thank you for all the love and support you've shown us. Here's to many more years of joy and maska!

We run a consciously happy, all-women kitchen in Mahim where we prioritize positive energy just as much as our baking craft. When you place an order, you aren't just getting a dessert; you are getting something handmade by a team that genuinely loves the process, from the first mix to the final handwritten note on your box.
The story of Maska Bakery is written in the late-night laughter of our kitchen team and the shared joy of our pop-ups. We started with a simple vision to blend classic Bombay nostalgia with our own playful, ingredient-led imagination, and today, that translates to over 223 unique menu items. Whether we are laminating dough for our signature puffs or testing new flavours for a Spanish-inspired mini-edit, everything happens right here in our Mahim space. We avoid the corporate machinery and focus on the human connection—the camaraderie in the kitchen, the relationships with vendors like Santosh bhai for our strawberries, and the feedback we get from our regulars. Our process is transparent and hands-on, built to ensure every croissant, babka, and tub of tiramisu carries the same level of care. We are open for pickups from Tuesday to Sunday, 11 AM to 8 PM, and we love when you drop by to say hello.
