At Maska Bakery, we’re all about bringing a slice of Bombay to your celebrations. Whether it’s a big shaadi or a cozy house party, I love adding that maska touch - a mix of love, butter, and a bit of Bombay madness.
What We Do
- We set up artisanal dessert tables and grazing spreads for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and more. Think showstopper cakes, savory babkas, and bite-sized treats that make hosting easy.
- Festivals are our jam. Our Bombay-style catering shines with themed collections for Diwali, Ganpati, Christmas, and other big days. We also put together gifting hampers for both personal and corporate needs, delivered across the city.
- You’ll spot us at festival pop-up food stalls - from Lollapalooza to Christmas markets. We bring a fresh menu of easy-to-eat goodies and love the buzz of these events.
What’s On The Menu
Our food is inspired by Bombay’s bakery scene, but with our own twist. We use fresh, seasonal ingredients, so the menu keeps changing. Some favorites:
- Custom cakes, Basque cheesecake, fruit pies, and bonbons (like our Modak-inspired ones)
- Flaky puff pies (Mutton Pepper Fry is a hit), sandwiches on house-made brioche, and savory babkas

My Story
Two years in, and what a wild ride! Honestly, more than our 223 menu items or pop-ups, what sticks with me is the family vibe here - inside the kitchen and with all you regulars. This bakery? Pure Bombay love. We once did a whole art deco cake, hand-drawn details and all, just for the city. And Santosh bhai from Matunga, our strawberry guy, he’s family now too. So yeah, thanks for being part of this mad, sweet journey.

How to Order - Order for delivery or takeaway, Tue-Sun, 11-8. Holiday menus and weekend specials drop often. Careful, some bakes are addictive!
