What I Do
I help people change their bodies for real, not with shortcuts but the old-school way - sweat, hard work, and sticking to the plan. Body aise banti hai (This is how a body is made). Whether you want to look your best for yourself or stand on a stage, I’m here for serious transformation.

How I Coach
Discipline is everything for me, more than motivation. My wrestling background taught me to stand up every time life knocks you down. Naan veezhven endru ninaithayo? (Did you think I would fall?). We focus on technique first, then go heavy. I’ll spot you, correct your form, and push you when you want to quit.

My Story
My teacher once said, 'tujhe kabhi naukri nahi milegi' (you’ll never get a job). She was right, I’m not built for the regular stuff. Wrestling, lifting, failing, rising—repeat. People see me deadlift 200kg and think beast mode, but real strength? That’s climbing back after you hit the floor. Gym is life, but so are forests, mountains, my cat Sibbu, and my crazy fish. I ride, I wander, I love. And yeah, one moment changed everything for me.

Training Style - We go thallumaala style—technique, discipline, and big lifts. You’ll sweat, compete, and level up.
