Build Raw Strength and Master Powerlifting
Stop guessing and start lifting. I focus on the big compound movements—deadlifts, squats, and presses—to build functional strength and muscle the old-school way.
Rise above the hate and lift. This is a heavy deadlift session, focusing on pure strength. The setup, the grip, and the mindset all have to be perfect to move serious weight off the floor.
Deadlifts are a core part of my training philosophy. It's not just about lifting heavy; it's about finding your rhythm and pushing through the grind. This is a full-body power workout.
This is my way of following a trend. While others dance, I squat. This session focuses on Bulgarian split squats and heavy barbell squats to build leg mass and power.
The first time I hit a 100kg dumbbell bench press was a major milestone. It required a spotter and total focus. This is the kind of upper body strength we work towards. Naan veezhven endru ninaithayo?
The struggle to lift heavy is real, but that's where growth happens. This was a 70kg incline dumbbell shoulder press, an exercise that builds massive strength and size in the deltoids.
Sometimes you plan to go light, but the devil inside says otherwise. This session turned into heavy leg presses, bench presses, and shoulder presses. You have to listen when the motivation strikes.
About this collection
Lifting heavy isn't just about loading plates; it's about moving the weight with intent. Whether you're chasing your first 100kg bench press or correcting your deadlift form, I am right there with you spotting every rep. We don't guess in my sessions; we adjust your mechanics in real-time at the gym to ensure you get stronger without wrecking your joints.
Why I Focus on Compound Lifts
Most people waste time on ineffective machines. If you want a physique that lasts and strength that translates to real life, you need to master the big four: Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Press, and Overhead Press. These aren't just exercises; they are the foundation of any serious transformation.
My Training Approach in Bangalore
I train clients at Muscle Tech Fitness in Chikkabanavara, where we value sweat over selfies. My strength coaching is built on three pillars:
- Form Correction: Before you move heavy weight, you need to move correctly. I watch your spine, your grip, and your foot placement on every set.
- Progressive Overload: We don't stay at the same weight for months. We track your lifts to ensure you are consistently getting stronger, whether it is increasing the rep count or adding a few kilos to the bar.
- Discipline-Based Coaching: Motivation is fleeting. When the session gets hard, my job is to push you through the wall. If you fail, we learn why, and we go again.
Whether you are a complete beginner intimidated by the barbell or an intermediate lifter who has plateaued, I can help you dial in your technique. We will focus on building density and power. If you are ready to drop the excuses and actually put in the work, you are the client I am looking for.
