It’s you vs you, always. I don’t sell shortcuts or magic pills. My own journey’s been tough - jeevna purthi hoddadde! (struggled all my life!) - so I know what it takes to really change. If you want a sustainable fat loss program or to bulk up, I’ll push you, not pamper you.

- Functional bodyweight training: Pull-ups, battle ropes, your own body - for real strength.

My Story
Hey, I’m Laxman. Born and raised in Bangalore, I’m all about fitness and living life king-size. Karnataka hridaya shiva! (Shiva in the heart of Karnataka) I’m happiest on my bike, hanging out with my folks, or celebrating with friends during Holi or Diwali. Gym time, family time, festival time - all matter. I believe in collecting moments, not things. And yeah, don’t forget to smile, always.
