Motivation gets you to the gym, but discipline keeps you there. My training is about showing up even when you do not feel like it.

Discipline will take you to places motivation can't. This is a moment of rest and focus before the next heavy set on the bench press. The real battle is won in your mind before you even lift the weight.

Discipline is greater than motivation. Whether you feel like relaxing or not, the brain knows it's time to work. This shows the mental switch from rest to hitting a heavy leg press.

Some sports require one ball, but powerlifting requires two. This is a bit of gym humor, but it highlights my primary focus: strength training and lifting heavy weights over other sports.

My love for the gym is my valentine. This video is a playful take on Valentine's Day, but it shows my true dedication to fitness, combining lunges and curls with a bit of humor.
