This was one of my best client transformations of the year. We worked on everything from lifting technique on the incline dumbbell press to posing in front of the mirror. The results speak for themselves.

How We Train
My coaching style is built on technique first, then intensity. If you are a beginner, we start with the basics to ensure your body is ready to lift heavy without injury. If you are an experienced lifter, we work on weak points and progressive overload to break through plateaus.
Lifestyle vs. Competition
I offer two main paths:
- Lifestyle Transformation: Focused on building muscle, fixing posture, and improving your daily strength. We use custom diet charts based on the Indian palate—think rice, chicken, and eggs, adjusted for your specific caloric needs. This is about building a physique you can maintain.
- Competition Prep: For those looking to stand on a stage. This includes high-frequency sessions, isolation techniques to carve out muscle detail, and detailed coaching on posing and stage presence. I help with everything from mandatory poses to peak week water manipulation.
Where We Work
I train clients in-person at Muscle Tech Fitness in Chikkabanavara and Bagalakunte. If you are not in Bengaluru, I also provide online coaching, guiding you through the exact same protocols I use in the gym. If you are tired of excuses and ready for serious work, let us get started.
