How I See Strength
People often talk about muscles, but they never mention the grind behind it. For me, it's never just about lifting weights for the sake of it. Jaan jaaye to jaaye par contest prep rukni nahi chahiye (Even if life gets tough, the contest prep doesn't stop). That’s been my approach. I’m all about discipline, grit, and not making excuses.
What My Coaching Looks Like
I mix powerlifting and bodybuilding hybrid coaching because strength and looks both matter. You’ll get strong, but you’ll also actually look like you lift. Here’s how I break it down:
- Strength First: We start with the big three - squat, deadlift, bench. Technique over ego, every single session. I’ll push you with progressive overload, but also watch for burnout.
- Aesthetics Matter: We hit every muscle group with smart splits. Expect high reps, isolation work, and a focus on muscle definition and fat loss. Visible changes, not just numbers on the bar.
