This is what happens when discipline meets the iron. Whether you are chasing a new PR or preparing for the stage, this is the reality of the work we put in.

This was a huge milestone for me, hitting a 200kg deadlift personal record. It's proof that with consistent effort and the right technique, you can break through any barrier. This is the kind of strength we build together.

I'm incredibly proud of my client for crushing this 170kg deadlift at a bodyweight of just 73kg. My role is to guide you and push you, but you are the one who does the work. This is what a real personal record looks like.

Tough times don't last, but tough people do. Building a strong back is fundamental to overall power and a balanced physique. This is the result of countless hours of focused training on pull days.

This is my team. Behind every fearless athlete is a coach who refuses to let them be anything but their best. Seeing my clients hold up trophies after all their hard work and struggle makes me incredibly proud.

Hitting a 150kg squat is a mental and physical battle. My training philosophy is to never give up, to fall down seven times and get up eight. We focus on deep squats with proper form to build powerful legs.

Body aise banti hai. It's all about the details. Here, I'm correcting my client's bicep curl form to ensure full muscle engagement and prevent injury. Perfect technique is the secret to real muscle growth.

Every guy in the gym was once a failed athlete in some way. This is a look back at my wrestling days. That experience taught me everything about discipline and getting back up after a loss.

About this collection

Seeing a 200kg deadlift or a perfect squat on this page isn't about bragging; it’s about showing you what’s actually possible when you stop making excuses. I don’t just write you a program and walk away. I am there to spot you through every heavy set, correct your form in real-time, and make sure you don't compromise your safety to hit your numbers.

The Failed Athlete Turned Coach

I used to be told I wouldn't make it. That past as a failed athlete is exactly why I coach the way I do today. I know what it feels like to hit the floor, and I know the only way out is to get back up. My philosophy is simple: discipline beats motivation every single day. If you are looking for a trainer who will sugarcoat the grind, you are in the wrong place. If you are looking for someone who will push you to your absolute limit, we will get along.

How We Train

My sessions at Muscle Tech Fitness in Chikkabanavara, Bengaluru, are built on a foundation of heavy compound movements—squats, deadlifts, and presses. We don't chase flashy, useless movements. We chase strength.

  • Form First: You cannot lift heavy if you lift wrong. I prioritize mechanics to keep you injury-free while we build real mass.
  • Real-Time Correction: I am hands-on. Whether we are working on your bicep curl technique or your stage posing for a competition, I am there to fix the details.
  • Diet for Indian Palates: We aren't cutting out everything you love. I customize your nutrition plan around staples like rice, chicken, eggs, and pulses to ensure you hit your caloric goals without misery.

Competition and Beyond

If you have the heart to compete, I will prepare you for the stage. This includes peak week water manipulation, posing drills, and the mental conditioning required to stand under those bright lights without folding. My goal is to transform your physique—not just for a photo, but for the long haul.
