About Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Real Progress Takes Time
If you're after a shortcut, this isn't the place for you. MMA is tough - 6 mahine, 1 saal mein kuch nahi hota (nothing happens in 6 months or a year). Building real fighting skills and a fit body? Give it time, think years, not months. I believe in khud ke dam par (on your own strength) and sticking it out for at least 5 years if you want the full transformation.
What You'll Learn
MMA here is more than just punching and kicking. I mix MMA striking techniques with ground work and serious conditioning, so you get the complete fighter's toolkit.
- Striking: We work on boxing basics, plus kickboxing and Muay Thai - hands, feet, knees, elbows, all get used.
- Grappling and submissions: My main game is Judo, but we train No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and even sambo. You'll practice throws, takedowns, and how to finish with moves like the triangle choke.
- Combat strength training: Expect bodyweight exercises, ropes, sleds, resistance drills, and a lot of core work.
My Approach
I push people hard because I want you strong - in your body and your mind. Your ego is your enemy, your opponent is your teacher. Discipline is everything. The only fight that matters is not losing to yourself. Tum bas apne aap se mat haarna (just don't lose to yourself).
Who Fits In Here?
Anyone ready to grind - beginners wanting fitness and self-defense, or fighters aiming for competition. Men, women, all are welcome. What matters is attitude and dedication. If you bring that, we'll build the rest together.

My Story
Family first, that's me. Haryanvi roots, proud and loud. My wife, she's my backbone, and our papakiladli (little darling) completes the circle. Mandir trips, Bullet rides at raat (night), simple joys, big heart. Bas, Jai Mata Di, Har Har Mahadev. For me, it's all about working hard, loving your people, and staying true to where you come from.
