Real Judo and MMA Training in Gurugram
See the grind for yourself. No shortcuts, just years of discipline and building strength from the ground up.
This is what complete MMA training looks like. We blend striking drills, pad work, and my core discipline, Judo, to create well-rounded fighters.
In my class, you will be pushed. Here, I am working on boxing combinations and reaction time with a student during an intense pad work session.
Real strength isn't built in months. It takes years of consistent effort, like with these sled pushes and rope climbs. There are no shortcuts here.
Learning to control a fight on the ground is crucial. This is a step-by-step demonstration of how to properly execute a triangle choke, a fundamental submission in BJJ and MMA.
Power and technique in every kick. We drill Muay Thai fundamentals, focusing on generating force from the hips for devastating roundhouse kicks.
On these mats, your opponent is your teacher and your ego is your enemy. Here, my students are practicing No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, learning control and submissions in a live-rolling environment.
The biggest fight is against yourself. *Tum bas apne aap se mat haarna*. My strength comes from my roots and my family, and this is the mindset I bring to my training.
About Featured
When you step onto our mats, you're not getting a commercial fitness class. We use old-school equipment like climbing ropes, tractor tires, and sledgehammers for conditioning, and every striking drill is focused on real combat mechanics. I don't care about your ego, but I do care about your discipline and your willingness to show up every single day.
The Bodhiraan Approach: Why It Takes Time
If you are looking for a quick fix, this isn't the place for you. Building real fighting skills is a journey of years, not months. As I always say, 6 mahine, 1 saal mein kuch nahi hota. True transformation comes from showing up, day in and day out, for 5 years or more. We are here to forge strength, not just burn calories.
What We Train
- Striking: We cover the full spectrum of stand-up combat. You will learn boxing fundamentals, alongside the power of Muay Thai kicks, knees, and elbows. We drill these on heavy bags and pads until the movement becomes muscle memory.
- Grappling & Judo: This is my base. You will learn how to control your opponent, execute clean Judo throws, and handle yourself on the ground with No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling techniques.
- Combat Strength: A fighter needs functional power. We don't use fancy machines. We use climbing ropes, sled pushes, and sledgehammer work to build the explosive endurance required for actual combat.
Your Mindset on the Mat
Tum bas apne aap se mat haarna (just don't lose to yourself). That is the only rule here. Your opponent is your teacher, and your ego is your biggest enemy. Whether you are a total beginner looking for a serious workout or a fighter aiming for competition, the gym is a space for those ready to grind. We train in a raw, non-AC environment in Sector 38, Gurugram—because real fighting isn't about comfort.
