Striking: Stand-Up Combat

We build a complete striking foundation, from the fundamentals of boxing to the powerful kicks and knees of Muay Thai. You will learn how to use your hands, feet, and elbows effectively through heavy bag work, focused pad drills, and controlled sparring.

Grappling & Groundwork

My main game is Judo, but our training covers the full spectrum of grappling including No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and sambo. We focus on practical throws, takedowns, positional control, and finishing fights with submissions.

Combat Strength & Conditioning

A fighter's body is built outside of sparring. Our conditioning is tough and functional, using bodyweight exercises, rope climbs, sled pushes, and weight training to build explosive power and endurance. This is where you forge the strength to never give up.
