About Combat Strength & Conditioning
My Philosophy: Built to Last
I don’t believe in shortcuts or quick fixes. Real combat strength? It’s a natural process, and honestly, 5 saal toh lagte hi hain (takes at least 5 years). If you want results that actually stick, patience and discipline are non-negotiable. Pehchaan banani hai toh khud ke dam par banani hai (If you want to build your identity, do it on your own merit). This isn’t for people chasing overnight transformation.
Who I Train
I work with fighters and athletes who want more than a basic gym body. If you’re into MMA, Judo, BJJ, Wrestling, Sambo, Kurash, or Kickboxing, and you want to build functional strength for fighters, you’ll fit right in. This is for those ready to put in serious work over years, not months.
My Training Approach
- Everything we do is linked to combat skills. No random routines.
- Explosive power training using weights, resistance bands, and sleds.
- Grappling grip improvement through rope climbs and pulling work.
- Combat conditioning drills - heavy bag work, kicks, punches, combos for real fight endurance.
- Calisthenics: think handstands, ab wheels, push-ups, pull-ups, burpees.
- Agility, coordination, and full-body control are just as important as muscle.
The Toughest Fight
Strength is physical, but winning is mental. Showing up when it’s hard, pushing past pain, and not letting yourself give up - that’s the real challenge. Apne aap se mat haarna, baaki sab ho jayega (Don’t lose to yourself, everything else will fall into place).

My Story
Family first, that's me. Haryanvi roots, proud and loud. My wife, she's my backbone, and our papakiladli (little darling) completes the circle. Mandir trips, Bullet rides at raat (night), simple joys, big heart. Bas, Jai Mata Di, Har Har Mahadev. For me, it's all about working hard, loving your people, and staying true to where you come from.
My Work
Martial Arts & Fitness Training - Judo (natural judo training), MMA, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, BJJ grappling sessions, Sambo, and overall fitness.
Warrior Mindset Coaching - Ek cheez samajh lo (understand one thing): Building a warrior takes years, not months. Discipline, no shortcuts.
Training Vibe - Tough sessions, real sweat. I’ll ask, 'Pen ho raha hai?' (Is it hurting?), but it's all for your strength.
Who Can Join - If you’re passionate, ready for discipline, and promise not to lose to yourself, you’re welcome. Pehchaan banayenge, khud ke dam par.
