- Travel: Price covers coach's travel time and expenses to South Delhi/NCR zones.

Logistics
- Space: Client must provide a cleared area (approx 8x8 ft minimum).
- Gear: Coach utilizes client's mats or coordinates necessary gear like focus mitts.
Group BJJ & Grappling Membership
Core Training
- Frequency: Choose between 3 days/week (Low Price) or 6 days/week (High Price).
- Disciplines: Covers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi & No-Gi), Wrestling for MMA, and Submission Grappling.
- Sparring: Supervised live sparring sessions to test techniques against resisting opponents.
Facility Access
- Zones: Usage of professional-grade grappling mats and functional strength zone (squat racks, weights).
- Amenities: Basic changing rooms and hydration points (Industrial fight club vibe).
Community
- Network: Train alongside pro fighters and national champions.

- Gear: Personal gear (Gi, rash guards, mouthguard) is excluded and must be purchased separately.
1-on-1 Private Coaching (At Center)
Personalized Session
- Duration: 60 minutes of dedicated instruction tailored to specific goals like Takedown defense or Leg locks.
- Drilling: Drill techniques on a Pro MMA fighter for realistic reaction and resistance.

About BJJ & Grappling Coaching
My Approach: No Nonsense, Just Skill
Main simple bolta hu (I speak simply) – there are no shortcuts in BJJ or grappling. We drill the basics like armbars, chokes, and solid positional control. The old-school stuff wins real fights. I don't let people jump to flashy moves before they've built real skills. My aim is to make you strong, effective, and, honestly, harder to handle on the mat.
Why I Love Grappling
I started as a striker. Then one day, a BJJ coach tossed me around like kuch bhi nahi (like nothing). Total eye-opener. Tabse (since then), I got hooked. Ground game feels like the ultimate control in a fight.
What I Teach
- Full range of Gi and No-Gi fundamentals coaching – takedowns, submissions (chokes, armbars, leg locks), and core defense.
- Grappling for MMA fighters – blending ground skills with strikes, cage tactics, and takedown defense for real scenarios.
- Competition prep – from strategy to handling pressure. Been there, done that: national champion, ADCC silver medalist.
- Personalized BJJ training at home – I can set up mats at your place for private sessions, or you can join our group at the club.
My Only Rule
Ego apne ghar pe rakh ke aao (leave your ego at home). You’ll tap out a lot. Sabko hota hai (happens to everyone). That's how you learn and level up. Samjhe? (Get it?)

My Story
Main Gaurav hoon, MMA fighter and BJJ player. Bachpan se martial arts karta aa raha hoon. National aur State grappling jeeta hai, ASJJF gold, ADCC silver bhi. Crosstrain Fight Club mere liye gym nahi, family hai. Pehle mujhe striking sab kuch lagta tha, phir BJJ coach ne ground pe ragdoll bana diya. Tab se BJJ hi best hai mere liye. Wrestling ya striking? Bhool jao, BJJ is life.
My Work
What I teach - Personalized MMA coaching, BJJ, grappling, strength training for fighters, and kids self-defense classes.
My training style - No ego, lots of competition, learn by tapping. Experience matters, not just technique.
Strength first - Lift heavy, train for real strength. Pump routines waste time. Tagda banna hai toh heavy uthao.
Simple eating - No fancy diets. Intermittent fasting for athletes is what actually works for me.
Home workouts - No gym? Koi dikkat nahi. BJJ home workouts, running, skipping, pushups, pullups—sab kuch kar sakte ho.
