The Bodhiraan Way: Martial Arts Philosophy and Academy
Martial arts is not just a workout, it is a craft that takes years to master. At Bodhiraan, we focus on raw discipline, real skill, and building a foundation that lasts.
This is my core belief. Just don't lose to yourself, and no one else will be able to defeat you. The biggest battle is always against your own doubts. This is my wife and I, reminding me that strength at home is as important as strength on the mat.
Welcome to Bodhiraan Judo & MMA Academy. Our motto is simple: Forge Strength, Embrace Discipline. This is the principle we live by in every single training session here in Gurugram.
I carry the spirit of my academy with me everywhere. Whether on the mat or off, the principles of martial arts, preparation, and fearlessness are a part of my daily life. This is the commitment I expect from myself and my students.
About The Bodhiraan Way: Philosophy & Academy
If you are looking for air-conditioned studios and fancy machines, this is not the place. We train in a basement dojo in Sector 38 where the only things that matter are your technique, your sweat, and your consistency.
The Philosophy: No Shortcuts
You hear a lot about 30-day transformations and quick fixes. Here, we believe that 6 months or a year just scratches the surface. Building a warrior takes time, patience, and a lot of repetition. Whether it is Judo, MMA, or grappling, I focus on the basics first because those are what save you when the pressure is on.
What You Can Expect
My training style is direct. I will push you to your limit, and I will ask if you are in pain because I need to know where your boundaries are. We focus on:
- Fundamental Judo: From safe falling, or Ukemi, to powerful throws and ground control.
- Conditioning: Sled pushes, climbing ropes, and bodyweight drills that build functional strength for actual combat.
- Mental Toughness: The mat does not lie. You learn to face your ego, lose the self-doubt, and show up even when you do not feel like it.
We are a space for those who are serious about the journey. My family values, my spiritual roots, and my identity as a fighter are the foundation of everything we teach. You come here to earn your place, not just to sign up for a class.
